More on Russia's war plans
For those interested, here's a short article that summarizes the Russian preparations for war in Georgia. Given the war preparations described, it's understandable that the Georgian government tried to pre-empt Putin. And particuarly chilling is Putin's assessment that the time is ripe for Russia to assert power, because the West is on the decline. Worth reading.
